Price promise
If you can find a pair of full price sunglasses or glasses online, cheaper than our listed price, then we will match that price and take an extra £5 off. Proof of costs will be required, and discount is approved at the discretion of designer-glasses.co.uk management.

Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase(s). You may return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is returned within 14 days of despatch date, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. designer-glasses.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in the post, therefore we advise you to send back any returns using recorded or special delivery. Returned goods are returned at your own cost.

Christmas returns
If you are purchasing a pair of sunglasses/glasses as a christmas present, and the recipient is not entirely satisfied with the gift you may return it for an exchange or refund by the 7 January 2010. It must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition. We will require email confirmation that you wish to return or exchange the goods,as soon as possible - please email us at info@designer-glasses.co.uk. designer-glasses.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in the post, therefore we advise you to send back any returns using recorded or special delivery. Returned goods are returned at your own cost.

Refunds
UK refunds. If you decide to return any products £6.00 will be deducted from your purchase price for every item returned. This is to cover our postage and packaging. If your frame has prescription lenses, then the cost of these will also be deducted.

International refunds. If you decide to return any products £5.00 will be deducted from your purchase price for every item returned, plus the cost of the postage to the international destination. If your frame has prescription lenses, then the cost of these will also be deducted.

Exchange
On exchanges £5.40 will be required to cover outward postage on your replacement product. We will also deduct the cost of any prescription lenses. We recommend you return all items by insured recorded delivery post, as designer-glasses.co.uk can not be held responsible for any lost items.

Voucher codes
From time to time designer-glasses.co.uk will promote products using voucher codes. Voucher codes will only be accepted for purchases with valid date and for the correct product -ie we will not accept codes for a Tom Ford frame using a Marc Jacobs code. If such an occasion occurs we will either refund the purchase, or ask the customer to make the additional payment if they wish to go ahead with the sale.
