Returns If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase(s). You may return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is returned within 14 days of despatch date, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Minus the cost of the prescription lenses (if there is any).

Refunds If you decide to return any products £6.00 will be deducted from your refund for every item returned. This is purely to cover our postage and packaging. If your frame has prescription lenses, then the cost of these will also be deducted.

Exchange On exchanges £6.00 will be debited from your card to cover outward postage on your replacement product. We will also deduct the cost of any prescription lenses. We recommend you return all unwanted items by insured recorded delivery post, as Designer Glasses can not be held responsible for any lost items.

Are all the designer frames you have, in stock? We aim to have at least 2 pairs of frames in stock at any 1 time, but we can never guarantee this due to volume of sales. What happens if the frame is faulty when I receive it? If the frame is faulty on delivery, please send the frame back within 7 working days to: Designer Glasses 4, Jubilee Parade, Snakes Lane East, Woodford Green, Essex IG8 7QF
Please note: THE FRAME MUST BE IN THE FULL ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED PACKAGING OR WE WILL NOT REPLACE THE FRAME.
If we concur that the frame is faulty we will send a replacement frame ASAP.

Are all of the frames 100% genuine? We can gaurantee that we only sell 100% genuine frames. All frames will come with the full manufacturer packaging.

How long does it take to receive my order? If the product you have ordered is in stock, we aim to despatch within 24 hours, using Royal Mail Special Delivery - guaranteed by 1pm next day Monday-Friday. If we are waiting for stock of the product you have ordered we will email you to confirm the estimated delivery date - usually 7 days. All communication with customers will be via email, unless otherwise requested.
