Ray Ban Aviators

The Aviator style of sunglasses was first developed by Ray-Ban in the early 1940’s for the army and navy as a replacement to the flying goggles that Ray Ban were producing at that time. Since then they have become one of the most copied style of sunglasses of all time, with their metal frames and, typically, mirrored lenses adorning the rich and famous, and immortalised in films such as Top Gun, with Tom Cruise and Val Kilmer both sporting the Ray Ban Aviator.

Now in a wide range of colours, our favourite Aviator this year is the 001/51 gold with brown gradient lens as pictured.
